Our sixth Artist Meetup offers a platform for you to get to know other music projects, listen to your music together, and discuss possibilities of collaboration.

Eight artists and music makers will present their music, project, band, label, studio etc. to their peers - in order to find other people to join the project, or to get ideas and feedback from fellow musicians. Afterwards everyone will have a chance to chat with each other over a drink (also with those who are not presenting) and perhaps find someone to collaborate with on a project, exchange ideas and contacts, offer services: build a community. We hope for a great exchange of talent and look forward to seeing the musicians of the city getting together, coming out of their own scenes and opening up perspectives for the future! This time you can also meet each other over karaoke afterwards.

You want to present at the Artist Meetup? We have eight slots of ten minutes, including feedback and discussion with the audience. Please briefly outline what you would like to present in an email to andrea (at) musicpoolberlin (dot) net, by 12 January 2017. You are welcome to play a video or track/song from a file. Live performances are only possible if they are technically easy, like singing, playing an acoustic instrument or rapping to your beats.

Of course, it’s also an interesting night for those just listening to the presentations and getting to know fellow music makers, so please everyone just come by.
